Most medium to large sized organisations and nearly all recruitment agencies use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). An ATS is specialist software designed to make the recruitment and hiring process easier. It’s first job is to scan and “read” all resumes as they submitted from potential candidates and rank them in order of suitability for the role. If your resume does not meet the required format or contain the keywords required it is likely to be rejected, even before being read by a single person. Not only do we understand how an ATS works, we will also upload your resume to our ATS and check that both the format and keywords used increase your suitability and ranking compared with other applicants.
